New York: Armour and Company, 1913. Staplebound. Tan wraps. Near fine. 13 x 8 cm. Includes color illustrations and recipes using Armour's Simon Pure Leaf Lard. Armour's Leaf Lard was introduced around the same time vegetable shortening was being ushered into the market, Armour was attempting to sell the idea of a clean animal-based shortening to compete with the new vegetable based products.
