Nicely printed history of Pueblo and the Southern Rocky Mountain region by Dr. Milo Lee Whittaker (1879-1942), scholar, educator, and writer at the State Teachers College.  Chapters on trapping and trading, Indian battles, railroad, industry, education, and others.
