About This Item

London & New York: George Routledge and Sons, 1893. "Patronage" was first published in 1813; this is a reprint of the Third Edition which was issued two years later, Volume VII only of a ten-volume set. Not common. Green cloth binding, with exceptionally attractive stamping in black; titling in gilt on the spine. Clean text; 504 pages. Frontis engraving, as well as one on the half-title. Textblock is very bright an clear. This book shows almost no wear, with only hints of a rub at the margins. It would be graded Fine except that the hinges are cracked at front and back; both are holding well. It presents exceptionally well., and would be well-served by some minor reinforcement.. Reprint Edition. Decorative Cloth. Very Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
