Hardback, 1940, with several black and white illustrations, published by Little, Brown, and Company, Boston, 224 pages.
Measures around 8 3/8"/21.2cm x 5 1/2" x 14cm. No dust jacket. Orange cloth boards and spine with black lettering. Some scuffing and a little marking with shelf-wear and some fading to spine. Corners a little bumped. A little browning, scuffing and marking to page edges, more so to upper and lower edges, whilst outer edge quite clean. Page edges slightly deckled, a few are slightly jagged, having been cut. Page surfaces generally clean, no marginalia, underlining, etc., though a little foxing towards endpapers.
