These poems offer an insightful examination of the human psyche's longing for the kind of intimacy which is so often elusive. And we are introduced to Raven, a symbolic alter ego who is humankind's dark witness, whose home is the sky, and whose gift is charity. This work was completed with a grant from the Wyoming Arts Council. The literary magazine Prairie Schooner, bestowed upon this oeuvre its Edward Stanley Award for Poetry. 85 pages.
