A beautiful copy bound in red cloth, published in both English and Chinese; Former owner's signature in English and Chinese on the finger-smudged front free end paper, otherwise the textblock is very clean and tight; Binding is very clean, and lightly edge rubbed; Dust jacket edge-worn and scuffed, with one closed tear at the base of the front cover repaired on the verso with archival Japanese mending paper; Publisher's fitted plastic dust jacket protector is missing, but the jacket is now protected by clear, three-mil mylar; 400p., including English-Chinese List of Foodstuffs, and Index of Recipes, including some of my favorite Dim Sum offerings..
