UK: Penguin, 1966: B000XUIVMQ. First edition hardback complete with dust wrapper and slip-case. The book measures 10½" x 7½", it has 234 pages of text + a further 262 pages of plates and index. It is richly illustrated with black and white photographs. The wrapper, binding and contents are in excellent condition, the slip-case has a few scuffs with evidence of a label being removed. VG+/VG+. .
