London: John Stuart, 1695. hardcover. poor. 33 copper engraved plates including title page. Slim oblong 4to, - contemporary 3/4 calf with marbled boards and inlaid title and date on front cover. Covers are detached, title page soiled and chipped, covers detached, backstrip lacking. Several water stains (in margins, one plate with a margin repaired). Many plates in nice clean condition and several soiled, some slight foxing. Lacks engraved portrait. London: John Stuart, 1695. A scarce well used rarity.<br/><br/> He was hailed by contemporaries as being the greatest ornamental penman amongst the English.<br/><br/>
