People's Indictment [handbill] -

Oakland, 1970. 8.5x11 inch handbill, mimeographed text both sides, unevenly toned. Distributed outside an induction center, accusing its commander of war crimes. After defining terms, concludes: "...We the People, assembled at the Okaland Induction center on May 1, 1970, hereby indict and try the Commander of this Induction Center Col. King, for a crime under international law, namely complicity in crimes against peace.
