NY: Rice and Gage, Pub.. Very Good with no dust jacket. 1869. First Edition. Rebound. Professionally rebound in dull red cloth, with gilt lettering on spine, and original gilt device (Kearny on a horse) laid into front cover. New end papers. Moisture damage (staining & mottling) to front edge of 80 first pages, fading and disappearing by page 80. The book is 512pp. It was in bad shape, but well worth saving. At least now it is perfectly readable.; 6x9 1/2" .
