Persuasion by Jane Austen - 1906

Edinburgh: John Grant, 1906 A good copy of the Winchester Edition version of Jane Austen's Persuasion. In the original light green cloth binding with gilt decoration and titles to spine. Top page edges gilt - remainder untrimmed. The binding is bright and clean. The spine is slightly cocked to the front, slightly faded and a little pulled. There is a small bump to the top front corner and a couple of small paler scuffs to the front board. Contents include series half title (this was Vol X of the edition); title page in red and black and book half title. Contents are very clean. There is some browning to the free endpapers and sporadic light foxing, mostly to margins.
