The 'Pharmacopoeia Wirtenbergica' was an 18th-century medical treatise, which, according to Kremers, is "the best-reputed pharmacopeia" of the 18th-century and is notable for its nearly 2,000 different drug and medical formulas. The 'British Journal of Homoeopathy' calls this book "one of the most complicated [pharmacopeias] that exists" but still influential in subsequent medical texts and the study of homoeopathy.
