Article about a peace conference held in Baltimore. It was published in "International Conciliation," the house organ of the American Association for International Conciliation. Andrew Carnegie financed the organization publishing this pamphlet. SCARCE.

CONDITION: A bit of soiling to the wrappers, pages slightly toned, some pages lightly creased, staples a bit rusted, a small nick to top of lower wrapper. A Very Good copy of a scarce publication.
