About This Item
"Tobacco Road" and "God's Little Acre" (both 1932) are but two of this prolific Southern novelistís works. PS, 4¼" X 6", n.p., n.d. Very good. Handsome black and white postcard portrait from 1980, with a large, smudged signature across the front and an old-age "To Rick Harwell / from / Erskine" on the verso. With original envelope. Harwell (1915-88) was a noted civil War scholar who assembled the largest collection (among other things) of Erskine Caldwell editions.
