UsedAcceptable. The pages are sun faded and slightly yellowing. We flipped through this book and didn't notice any notes or underlines. There is a lot of wear and tear on the cover. The back hinge is split the webbing is showing but all pages are intact. There are some tears on the corners of the spine but doesn't effect biding.
