New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1894. Olive green cover, gold/orange decorations on front and spine, 203 pages plus 16 pages of ads. Rubbed along edges, surface rubbed, mild smudging on front, backstrip pulled away from binding at head of spine. Binding paper lifting on front paste-down, tear (1.5 inch) at hinge and previous owner's name in ink on ffep, cracked at rear paste-down but binding tight. Pages darkened but clean throughout. Overall, very good. Note: heavy book.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/No DJ. Illus. by Birch, Reginald B.. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
