London, Paris & Melbourne: Cassell & Company Ltd., 1895. Dark turquoise cloth on boards with gilt and blindstamped titles and illustrations. Light dusting of age soiling and few only marks. Spine: head & foot with thin wear, small splits. Extremeties with mild wear, top boards edge with some heavier wear. Bevelled edges. Edges: gilt; light rubbings and scratches. Fep with red signature and '95. Missing ffep. 1.5 cm split to front hinge foot. Age shadowing to refp. From Cassell Publication page to rep a thin short insect damage. Frontis: etching of Martin's Bay Track with tissue guard. Just the odd page with a small light spot or small smudge, otherwise quite clean. Illustrated. Binding is VG. 301p. First Edition. Hb. VG/None.
