John Becker, 1933. Book. Very Good. Soft cover. Signed by Author(s). 2nd Edition. No. 315 of 500 limited copies, signed by the artist Jean Charlot and book designers Lynton R. Kistler and Merle Armitage. Well-kept, nicely preserved copy. It is close to a Fine grading excepting the mild fading along the spine edges. The 32 lithographs are looking bright and fresh. Name of former owner on endpage, but else free of marks. Elegant ivory paper looking crisp as new. Plain paper wrappers with handwritten titling and line drawing. Edges have heavy rubbing, with tearing along spine edges. Rear artwork looking quite sharp and bright. Scarce. Benefits the Friends of the Albany, Ca library. .
