The back hinge in split (see the photo). The book is signed by the author as part of the Pilgrim's Edition limited printing (number 300 of 753). The spine is leather and has a pea sized section that is pealed off at the bottom of the spine. The cover is lightly worn along the edges. The text block is sound and intact. Tissues look good
