Trinity Episcopal Church, Houston, 1992. Book. Fine Condition. Cloth with a Cloth Slipcase. Inscribed by the Author. 256 pages. Hardcover, handsomely bound in green cloth covered boards with stained glass illustration pastedown, issued without a dustjacket, but cased in a green cloth covered board slipcase. Signed in ink on the title page and inscribed by the author to renowned Houston heart surgeon Denton Cooley, famous for being the first to implant a totally artificial heart. Number 67 in a special limited edition of 100 copies. Tight binding, sharp edges and corners of the boards, with minimal wear to the slipcase. Aside from the aforementioned inscription, there are no internal markings. Text in English. Illustrated..
