Sir Isaac Pitman & Sons Ltd., 1931. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1931. No Edition Remarks. 481 pages. No dust jacket. Brown cloth. French and English text. Missing free endpapers. Book has a heavy smoky odour. Light foxing and heavy tanning to pages, title pages and text block edges. Lighter to pastedowns. Hinges are lightly cracked, exposing netting, but boards remain firmly attached. Boards have minor corner bumping and edgewear with mild pen marking, tanning and scuffing overall. Spine has light tanning with soft crushing to ends. Book has a slight forward lean.
