Octavo. , x pages with dedication to the Right Honourable Thomas, Earl of Arundel and Surrey, Earl Marshal of England; 401 pages plus 13 pages index, with black and white engraved frontispiece , origianl full brown calf with 5 raised bands on spine, red leather title label, ruled bands on spine, front and back covers have gilt borders, edges are speckled red
