John Lane Company, New York, 1916. First Edition, Second Issue. Hardcover. Good/No Jacket. Size: Octavo (standard book size). Previous owner's name on front endpaper. Dark green paper over boards, tan cloth spine with label, deckle edges; 228 pages plus "The Anesthetic Revelation," 4 pages. Corners and spine ends bumped and worn, spine label chipped a little, previous owner's name on ffep, judging by the damage to the top corners, the book was dropped with hinges a little loose, though the binding is sound.
