A very good, clean soft cover promotional pamphlet with light exterior soiling; staple stitch slightly rusted, paper lightly yellowed. "Rates: by the day $2.00; By the week, $9.00t o $14.00." Menue for August 8, 1909 included steamed clams, baked sword fish, rice fritters with maple syrup, roast leg of lamb, watermelon, apple pie, blueberry pie and 'snow pudding.
