BINDING/CONDITION: burgundy cloth with gilt text; the spine is slightly slanted, one very small blemish on the front board, there is a publisher's promotional slip pasted to the front free endpaper, otherwise a Very Good book, with a Fair dust jacket; the dust jacket is not price clipped.. 8vo (8.5 inches tall) . Description: This copy is inscribed and Signed by the author, and is also signed by the illustrator. This is an informal autobiography of a man who worked his way from a nameless beginning to a highly respected top cowhand. The story, like Robb, wanders from his home state of Texas all through the range country up into Wyoming and Montana. The book is illustrated by Wauneta Wyoming Robb (the author's daughter) with four color plates and five in b&w. [listed in Rampaging Herd Number 1914].
