DJ shows scuffing and soiling, edges and corners show bumps/small tears/chipping. Blue cloth boards underneath show some fading along edges and at the hinge areas, corners mildly bumped. Internal binding is good and text pages are tight. No signatures or bookplates, no library markings, no remainder marks, no handwriting found. Pages are lightly toned due to age and there is some spotting and foxing present, though this is mainly limited to the end pages and pastedowns and was caused by the reaction to the dust jacket paper.

Binding has remained firm. Inscription to front pastedown. Boards are a little rub worn, slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped. Spine ends are mildly crushed. Light tanning to spine and edges.
