Endpapers foxed. Leather boards decorated in gilt at edges, red compartments at spine lettered in gilt. Front board detached, but present. Boards scuffed, edges rubbed, spine rubbed, corners worn to boards, spine top chipped. First three pages detached, rest of binding stable.

Bell and Daldy, 1111. Hardcover. Acceptable. No Edition Remarks. 323 pages. No dust jacket. Green cloth boards with gilt lettering. Volume II. Hinges are slightly cracked with exposed netting. Clean pages with light tanning and mild foxing throughout. More pronounced to free endpapers and pastedowns. Top edges textblock are uncut. Binding remains firm. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces and bumping to corners. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Minor wear marks to boards.
