William P.Nimmon; London, 1875. Hardcover, leather bound either very dark green or black. Corners rubbed and bumped. B/W illustrations by Keeley Halswelle. 5 raised bands to spine. Lettering and decoration to spine had at one time been in gilt but the gilt has worn away. Bevelled edges to boards front and back. Texyblock has been gilded to all three sidees. Marbled end papers. Inscription to front dated 1877. Front hinge slightly cracked. Otherwise binding tight and text clean. Minimal amount of age spotting.
