First edition of this work. Collected poems by the celebrated hand of Sir Walter Scott, extracted from his famous series of novels known as 'Waverley Novels.' A charming pocket sized volume, with half title and engraved title page. Rebound in full calf with gilt tooling to back strip and extremities of boards, renewed marbled endpapers and marbled edges. Externally smart with minor shelf wear, light cracking to front joint, holding firm, minor rubbing to spine ad extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages generally bright and clean. Very Good

Where are We?
Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
