Blue cloth over boards, title stamped in gilt onto spine, decorative compass rose blind-stamped onto upper board, large 4to (12 inches [30.4 cm] tall), brown endpapers, pp. 303, illustrated throughout, index. Includes the original lightly worn, beige card slipcase. Volume with solid bump to top edge of upper board, else unmarked. Unclipped DJ with a few small edge tears and creases.
