London: George G. Harrap, 1929. First edition, maroon covers with gilt, 222pp inc index, b/w illustrations, inc frontis, maps, and fold-out map at rear (tinted). Covers have general edge wear and light bumping, but some damp stains (not affecting text bloc) and other small marks. Dusty page edges, clean evidence of sticker removal from ffep and handwritten previous owner's name on front pastedown. Some leaves have obviously been cut by hand and leaves of index are still uncut. Otherwise internally clean and solid with fold-out map in VG condition. Ref:114753. First Edition. Cloth. G+/N/a. 14.5x22.5cm.
