With color and b/w illustrations throughout. Features 13 Cartier-Bresson's photographs of Asia (with article by Lincoln Kirstein), and articles about Jackson Pollack (with photos by Hans Namuth), Ben Shahn, Albert Skira, and Alexander Calder (with photographs by Herbert Matter), as well as articles on Hobo Signs, French Marble Papers, Calligraphy, and Stereoscopy (with 3-D glasses laid in). With French marble paper insert, calligraphy booklet, and Robert Osborn lithographs. Much of dust-jacket spine is lost. Corners have slight wear. Internal contents Fine. No names or marks.

Rosenthal and with art design and direction by Alexey Brodovitch. This issued featured articles on Ben Shahn, stereoscopy (but lacking the 3-D glasses), Henri Cartier-Bresson's photographs of Asia, Jackson Pollock as photographed by Hans Naumuth and a look at Alexander Calder with images by Herbert Matter. An about very good copy in wrappers with the spine missing, soiling to the wrappers, some tears, and some wear to the corners and edges. Internally a clean copy. This is a heavy and oversized book and will require extra shipping.
