An updated edition that includes an additional 70 pages covering 1961-1970, that was not included in the 1961 paperback edition. SIGNED, without inscription, by the author on the title page. Bookplate on front pastedown endpaper explains that the book was a gift from the author to the Portsmouth Historical Association and the Friends of the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Museum; he was one of the founders of the former and its first president as well as the founder and curator of the latter. The book is clean and tight.. SIGNED. Second Edition. Hardcover. Collectible-Very Good+/No Dust Jacket, as Issued. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Book.
