New York: Harcourt, Brace and Co.. Near Fine in Very Good+ dust jacket. 1930. First Edition; First Printing. Hardcover. Small 8vo 7½" - 8" tall; 96 pages; [SIGNED] 1930 Harcourt, Brace and Co. HC/DJ 1st edition, stated. Signed without inscription by Sandburg on the half title page. Snugly bound and neat in original yellow paper dust jacket lettered in black and green. Jacket has all 4 flap corners with shallow clips and is just slightly sun faded at spine. Superficial shelf rubbing to jacket extremities and a light vertical stress crease to the rear flap. Quarter yellow cloth backed spine and green cloth sides bold and bright. Faint offset toning to the verso of the half title page where a clipping has some time been laid in. Handsome clean copy and uncommon thus, especially so signed. NF/VG+; Signed by Author .
