About This Item
Moore, Wilstach, Keys, 1855. Cloth. Fair/No Jacket. Presumed First Edition. Fair copy of this lovely antique volume. Ligth brown boards with gilt decoration and blindstamping, showing a good amount of wear: dampstaining, soiling, fraying, cloth peeling back on bottom front. Though cracked at the hinge, the binding is still quite secure. Front free endpaper with some pencillings, tear out of top of rear free endpaper (where old ink notations had evidently been). Interior appears clean, though with foxing throughout. 328 pages, plus ads. B/w illustrations, and plates with tissue-guards. A solid reading copy of this 19th century gardening treasure.
