Gollancz , 1967 . Second impression in unclipped jacket. Book is slant, with front cover set forward. Top edge of pageblock is dusty & foxed, outer edge foxed. There are a couple of long tears at the top edge of the jacket, & tears along the creases of the spine & front flap. There is loss to the edge & extremities of the spine of the jacket, & the corresponding areas of the hard cover beneath are sunned. The text pages are unmarked.
