About This Item

First edition; first printing; 320pp; dustjacket in mylar cover. Splendid story of intrigue surrounding Napoleon on Elba, written by the authoress of "The Scarlet Pimpernel". Book has blue cloth boards with black titling with only minor edge wear and clean. Inside has neat inscription to previous owner but otherwise very clean and feels little read. Dustjacket is very clean with only slight wear and a tape strengthening at the top of the spine cover.
