About This Item
New York: Collins and Hannay, 1831. Reprint Edition . Hardcover. Fair/No Dust Jacket. A Fair copy in worn full brown leather, with scuffing to the spine, and the cover hinges tender but holding. The text block binding is sound, and there are no prior owner's marks in the text. Heavy foxing to the endpapers, lighter foxing within. A reading/reference copy of this 1831 two-volumes-in-one edition (182 and 194 pages). A 41-page "Questions Adapted to Paley's Moral and Political Philosophy" with a separate 1831 title page is bound in at the rear. It has pencil markings and some edge-tears, but no paper loss.
