Beautifully bound in top grade navy cowhide with endleaves of ivory fabric moire. Edges gilded and covers brass-die stamped in 22-karat gold. Adorned with gilt lettering and decorations. Undated but we believe printing date was circa 1978. Reprint of the 1892 first edition. Unmarked. Moderate wear and soiling. Binding sound. Some evidence of moisture exposure to bottom edge. A quality copy of this handsome work..
