Hardcover, small thick octavo, pp. 791. Some entries have illustrations. Pop-up sailboat scene sample die cut from Freedman of New York at page 236 (see photo 5). Very Good and sound in the publisher's blue boards. Dust jacket with a small tear on the fold point of the front flap, otherwise just light wear and ensconced now in a protective sheet of mylar. Note: The first numbered page in the book is page 3. The front cover and the inside front paste-down have text and ads and count as pages 1 and 2. No page is missing.
