Hardcover, 372 pages, 389 color plates and 60 B+W. 12.25" x 9.25". A near fine copy in cloth boards - tight, straight and clean - with some sunning around edges of boards and dust jacket flaps; in near fine unclipped dust jacket with minor bumps at corners of jacket.
