Oxford: John Henry and James Parker, 1865. Book. Good. Hardcover. 16mo - over 5¾ - 6¾" tall. Original full decorative stamped calf. Gilt title to spine; all edges gilt. Marbled endpapers. Extremities rubbed, including raised spine bands. Rear hinge starting inside, at endpaper, but still firm. Otherwise clean, tight and unmarked. Very neat -- quite a sound and handsome copy. An attractive edition. viii,146,viii[vi]170pp. The first part is translated from the Greek and prefaced with an "Advertisement" by Newman. .
