Quarter black cloth and blue paper covered boards, paper title label on spine and front cover,12 mo, 96 pp. Signed by the author , both on the ffep and the half-title page, to musician and friend, Eddy Hanson, and dated "Chicago July 15, 1933 Carrie Jacobs-Bond dinner at Hotel Stevens". Laided in is a typed poem titled "Immortality" with corrections and signed by Miller. Front hinge weak, some bumpimg of corners. Covers show edge wear, light soiling. Book condition Good+.
