Presumably unrecorded prospectus for the Newark Wesleyan Institute in Newark, New Jersey. The illustrated title-page shows a vignette of the school. The organization of the school was to be accomplished via joint-stock capital and the terms of the scheme are explained. Prospective investors were informed on the final page that the school would be furnished and finished by September, 1848.
No copies extant in OCLC or at AAS. Not in Felcone. A small handful of related publications appear in OCLC, all are rare.
