Army maintenace periodical edited and illustrated by Will Eisner, famous Golden Age comic artist and creator of The Spirit. Great cover shows witchy looking blonde helping children with artillery aiming. Approx 50 pages. Saddle-stitched with glossy color cover and newsprint color interior. Eisner illustrations, layouts and lettering throughout. / Light scuffing and rubbing to edges. Small chipping from corners. Light toning to newsprint. Reading-wear to the spine.
