US: Pantheon Books, 1961. Hardback. Very Good/Very Good -. Seafoam cloth over boards with black particulars and publisher's emblem to spine; author's name in gilt to front cover. Pages are clean and unmarked. Text block is foxed particularly top fore edge and top edge; soiling and foxing to endpages. Boards have soiling and rubbing to lower edge; corners and ends of spine bumped; sunning and soiling to spine. Binding is tight and square. Dust jacket has foxing to spine, rear cover and rear flap; creasing, chipping, foxing and light soiling to edges, corners and ends of spine.
