Cloth over boards has general light shelf wear, bumped corners, edge rubbing. Gilt lettering on spine is slightly darkened; seal of North Carolina on front is bright. Frontispiece is a black and white photographic portrait of Morrison. ; Cameron A. Morrison (1869-1953) was an American white supremacist politician and the 55th governor of the U.S. state of North Carolina from 1921 to 1925. Prior to this, he participated in the violent Wilmington (NC) insurrection of 1898 against Black citizens of the city. ; Ex-Library; 9.25" tall; 365 pages.
