No dust wrapper (as published). Deep red cloth to boards, slightly faded on spine with light surface wear to cloth at edges of spine and corners of boards. For small blck stains to spine. Gilt embossed figure of 'Punch' in embossed black lined cartouche to front board with embossed cartouche to back board. Gilt titles to spine along with embossed 'Punch' and Dog. Internally pages are lightly tanned with some random spotting, Small dark marks to rear end papers. 312 pages ncluding index at rear plus the Almanack for 1898 - 1899.
