Small folio, pp259 plus acknowledgments and limitation page with 111 illustrations in color, duotone and monochrome with numerous vignettes. Hardcover no dust jacket as issued, missing slipcase. Publishers original binding of quarter bound red leather spine over Grey boards with gilt lettering to spine and gilt design to front board in very good condition with two small nicks to gilt title on spine and a few small marks to boards. Inside all pages with top edge gilt in near fine condition with a few marks to fore edge.
