New York: Alfred A. Knopf, 1931.. 1931.. Good. - Octavo, cloth in a dust wrapper. There is some very light foxing to the top edges of the covers. The spine of the dust wrapper is darkened. Its top edge is chipped with short tears & small pieces out and has been repaired with Scotch tape. 47 pages plus colophon. Very good in a fair dust wrapper. <p>First edition<p>The book was designed and made by Pynson Printers of New York.
